Calliope has a Sunday changeover. Shorter or longer stays may be negotiated at a day rate. Minimum stay 4 nights.

*Saturday or other change over days are possible, especially in the low season. If you wish to discuss a shorter or longer stay than the standard week, please contact us here.

Once we have confirmed availability we will ask you to complete our booking form and pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining 75% is due two calendar months before the start of the holiday. An additional refundable damages deposit of £300 (cash or cheque) is also required before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation caused by FCO or Governmental Covid travel restrictions forbidding travel to Greece, a full refund will be made, or the booking can be held on account for the following year.

For general cancellations, we will always endeavor to fill your booking. If we succeed, we will refund your payment in full, excluding your 25% non-refundable deposit.

If we cannot find a replacement the following cancellation policy applies:  90 days before your holiday: we retain 25% deposit.  60 days before your holiday: we retain 50% of the cost of your holiday. 30 days before your holiday: we retain 70% of the cost of your holiday. 10 days before your holiday: we retain 100% of the cost of your holiday.
