Calliope has a Sunday changeover. Shorter or longer stays may be negotiated at a day rate. Minimum stay 4 nights.

*Saturday or other change over days are possible, especially in the low season. If you wish to discuss a shorter or longer stay than the standard week, please contact us here.

Once we have confirmed availability we will ask you to complete our booking form and pay a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the reservation. The remaining 75% is due 4 calendar months before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation Policy:

For general cancellations, we will always endeavor to fill your booking. If we succeed, we will refund your payment in full, excluding your 25% non-refundable deposit.

If we cannot find a replacement the following cancellation policy applies:  three months before your arrival date, we will refund a minimum of 50% of the total cost of your booking. Two months before we will refund 25%. Less than two months before your arrival date, the total cost of your booking is non-refundable.
